The AQV251AX is a 500MA 40V SPST PhotoMOS relay. This device is high sensitivity and has low on-resistance. The AQV251AX eliminates the need for a power supply to drive the power MOSFET because of the built-in optoelectronic device. This results in easy circuit design and small PC board area.
