Siemens BYS98-50 Schottky Power Module consists of (2) 50V 60Amp Schottky Rectifiers with their cathodes connected in common. The diodes are encapsulated in a 1.5" x 1" module mounted to a heavy nickel plated copper baseplate which is electrically isolated. The entire assembly is about 0.35" thick. It has (4) 0.18" dia. holes as shown. The first 3 pins are connected to the anode of diode A1, the next 3 pins are connected to the common cathode and the final 3 pins are connected to the anode of diode A2. Rated to 175°C junction temperature and has guard ring reverse protection. Part# BYS98-50 / FST6050. New - Retails for $69 and up.
