This NPN silicon phototransistor mounted in a water clear plastic lens side looking case. Size of case is 0.225" tall x 0.175" wide x 0.06" thick. Emitter to collector voltage is 5V. On state collector current is 0.256A. Power dissipation is 100mw. Note: Long lead is emitter and shorter lead is collector. Designed for use with 940nm IR emitters. Sold in a package of 8.
