Miniature assembled Geiger Counter uses the sensitive SBM-20M Geiger tube to detect Beta and Gamma rays. This Geiger counter is completely assembled but does not come with a case. It is only 2.16" x 1.74" x 0.5". Easily detects various radioactive items including glass, radium watch hands, minerals, etc. It produces bright red flashes of light and "clicks" in response. Requires one 9V battery (not included). The background radiation count here in Scottsdale, Arizona is 8 to 10 clicks per minute. Complete and ready to use.
