Hainayu Electronics Company SD6150 X-RAY Optical Sensor Multi-division Array Grating Coding Detector is designed to be used with a scintillator to measure (scintillator material not included). Looks like it could be used to detect radioactive rays using a plastic scintillation material. However, we haven’t tried it. Looks like it’s a photosensitive cell array with 5 leads, and although we don’t have a data sheet, it should be simple to figure out. New!
