Large powerful PZT-5A 3.5MHz piezo plate is 95mm (L) x 14.1mm (W) x 0.5mm (thick). The piezo is slightly curved on the short axis (on the width) - the length is straight. This was made for medical device manufacture to focus heat under the skin for treatment device. The piezo plate is silver plated on both sides for ease in soldering. Sorry no data available. These will be wrapped in tissue and packed in a plastic box for protection as they are fragile and can't be replaced so please use caution when handling. New!
