G29599 ~ Rare GE Germanium 1N3149 Tunnel Diode Gold Plated TO-18 Metal Case

General Electric (GE) Germanium Tunnel Diode made in 1960. This is brand new but about 65 years old! It is in the gold plated TO-18 metal case and has gold plated leads. Specs: Peak point current 10.0mA ± 10%, Valley Point Current 2.2mA (typical), capacitance 60pf (typical) and High speed. Rare original GE part new never used!
